Propserve Management provides an end-to-end complex and Estate administrative function that includes:
- all banking related administration;
- compilation and distribution, to all directors of the association on a monthly basis, a management report which includes an income and expenditure statement (detailing actual versus budgeted figures), a balance sheet, a cash flow statement, and any supplementary schedules which the directors may require, i.e. a monthly arrears report;
- payment of all salaries and wages and all statutory deductions thereon, including PAYE, UIF, and Workmen’s Compensation on the dates and in the manner instructed by the directors;
- collection of current and arrear levies; and
- keeping of full and proper books of account and records.
