Issues with complex and estate insurance can be costly. At Propserve Management we take care of your insurance requirements.

  • We arrange and annually renew, with the assistance of a broker, all the insurance requirements of the Act and the Regulations to the Act.
  • We submit and follow through to completion any insurance claims on behalf of the Association.
  • We sign off all documents pertaining to the insurance policy on behalf of the Homeowners Association/Body Corporate. This includes, but is not limited to, appointment of an insurance, appointment of a broker, agreement of loss, and requests for information (including claims history) from any current or past insurer.
